𝟵.𝟱.𝟮𝟲 | 𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗮 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗳𝘂𝗹 𝗱𝗮𝘆 𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗯𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝑽𝒂𝒏𝒆𝒔𝒔𝒂 & 𝑹𝒚𝒂𝒏! 💍

I had the pleasure of being a small part of their wedding day by making sure one very important member of the family could be part of the celebration too — their sweet boy, Rhett. 🐾🤍

I picked Rhett up and got him ready for photos, made sure he was where he needed to be for his big moment walking down the aisle with Vanessa’s brother, and then brought him back to their room afterward so his newlywed parents could enjoy the rest of their night knowing their boy was happy, safe and taken care of.

I’m very passionate about the 𝑊𝑒𝑑𝑑𝑖𝑛𝑔 𝐷𝑎𝑦 𝑃𝑒𝑡 𝐶𝑎𝑟𝑒 𝑆𝑒𝑟𝑣𝑖𝑐𝑒𝑠 I provide because there’s There’s something I love about being able to help couples include their pets in one of the biggest days of their lives without having to worry about who is walking them, transporting them, keeping an eye on them, or making sure they get back safely afterward.

And one of my favorite parts is seeing how excited everyone gets when the dog arrives — Rhett definitely had LOTS of people very happy to see him. 🐶

And of course, Rhett had to leave a little something for the guests too — “With Love, Rhett” tennis balls. 🥹🎾Such a cute way to make sure he was part of every little detail!

It was also so nice seeing this family again! Last year, I had the pleasure of helping Vanessa’s sister, Valerie, include her dog Kenny in her wedding, so getting to come back a year later for Vanessa & Ryan and take care of Rhett felt a little full circle.🤍

I’m so grateful this family has trusted me with their pups for two beautiful celebrations!

Vanessa & Ryan, thank you so much for trusting me with Rhett and allowing me to be part of your day. Your wedding was absolutely beautiful!

🎂💕 Happy 5th Birthday to this sweet girl! 💕 🎂

I’ve been walking Ethel Monday through Friday for the past four years, which means I’ve had the joy of watching her grow from a puppy into the beautiful, happy dog she is today.

She greets every day with a smile, loves everyone she meets, and is truly one of the happiest dogs I know. I’m so grateful her family trusts me to be part of her daily routine and so lucky to have such a special bond with her.

Every year, her mom throws her a birthday party, and this year was no exception. I couldn’t resist snapping a few photos of the birthday girl in her sparkly crown to celebrate her special day! 🐶

Happy Birthday, Ethel! Thank you for making my job the best job in the world. 💗

𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘀𝗮𝗳𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗮𝘁 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿𝘀!! ⚠️

I recently saw a story about a cat who got stuck inside a reclining chair while trying to avoid a vet visit — thankfully, this kitty was rescued safely and is okay.

𝗕𝘂𝘁 𝗜 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝗼𝗻𝗲… 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝗲𝘀 𝗡𝗢𝗧 𝗮𝗹𝘄𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗲𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝘄𝗮𝘆.

As someone who works closely with animals every day — and with my experience in veterinary settings I have seen and heard of cases where cats get trapped inside reclining furniture, and the outcome can be devastating.

Cats often crawl into the inner mechanisms of recliners and couches. When the chair is moved, they can become crushed, trapped, severely injured, or even killed without anyone realizing they were inside.

This is something I’m always mindful of when caring for your pets in your home ❤️

A few simple precautions if you have a recliner:

• Always check before opening or closing it

• Be aware of where your cat is, especially if they like to hide

• Keep recliners closed when not in use

• Consider blocking access to the underside
