It is National Veterinary Technician Week and Tri-State Veterinary has some of the BEST!
Most people may not realize the amazing and intense job skills this position requires.
The “job” is so much more than a job to our veterinary nurses and veterinary assistants.
They show up every day, not knowing what the day will bring… A new litter of healthy puppies, a dearly loved Pet at the end of its life, three critical emergencies walking through the door at one time or an unhappy pet owner with problems out of their control… 
Some days they take home a heavy heart, some days an assortment of bodily fluids soaked into their scrubs, some days scratches or bruises!
But what they bring to work is impossible to measure … a heart for animals… compassion for pet families,… ever growing knowledge and medical skills, and commitment to the profession.
