ALL KITTENS HAVE FOUND THEIR HOMES!!
-Thank you everyone and if any homes fall through we will let you know!

10 Kittens Looking for Their Forever Homes! 🐾

A litter of 10 kittens, approximately 6 weeks old, were abandoned overnight behind our building. We would like to remind everyone that abandoning a cat or any vertebrate animal can result in a Class A misdemeanor in the state of Indiana.

We also want to clarify that we are not a rescue or animal shelter and do not handle adoptions or fostering situations. If you need assistance with animal overpopulation, spay/neuter programs, or finding placement for animals, please reach out to your local shelters and rescue organizations.

Unfortunately, our local shelters and rescues are currently at maximum capacity and are unable to take these little ones. Please consider adopting from your local shelter or rescue when looking for your next family member! ❤️

In the meantime, we are doing our best to find loving homes for these adorable fluff balls. All of the kittens have intestinal parasites and fleas and have been treated accordingly. Some are also experiencing eye discharge and are currently receiving treatment. Otherwise, they appear healthy, happy, and full of personality!

If you are interested in giving one of these kittens a loving forever home, please call or contact the clinic at 260-347-9644

🍂 September 1st? More like Summer 1st! 😂☀️
The calendar says fall, but the weather clearly didn’t get the memo! 🥵 Until those cooler temps arrive, remember to protect your pets from the heat:

🐾 Keep plenty of fresh water available
🌳 Provide shade and a cool place indoors
🔥 Avoid hot pavement and midday walks
🚗 NEVER leave pets in a parked car
⚠️ Watch for heavy panting, weakness, vomiting, confusion, or collapse—heatstroke is an emergency!

Fall can wait… keeping our fur babies safe can’t! ❤️🐶🐱

📚✏️ Back-to-School Pet Safety Tips! 🐾

As the kids head back to school, don’t forget to keep curious pets safe from school supplies!

🐶 Keep these items out of reach:
✂️ Scissors and sharp objects
🖍️ Markers, crayons, and paints
📎 Paper clips, rubber bands, and staples
🩹 Glue, tape, and adhesives
🎒 Backpacks that may contain snacks, medications, or gum (especially sugar-free gum, which can be toxic to pets!)

A little organization goes a long way in preventing accidents. Store school supplies in drawers, bins, or backpacks that your pets can’t access.

Let’s make this school year a safe one for every member of the family—two-legged and four-legged! ❤️🐾
