🌟FEATURE: The Story of Bonnie & Ted🌟
It’s heartbreaking to be notified about animals living in horrific conditions—without shelter, without enough food or clean water, and with litters of puppies and kittens being born only to face unimaginable odds of survival.
That was Bonnie and Ted’s fate…until they were rescued. ❤️
As both were only two years old, Bonnie already appeared to have had multiple litters. When found, she had a litter of three puppies and was incredibly weak. They were covered in fleas, so we took them all to the vet. Sadly, both Bonnie and Ted tested positive for heartworm and parasites.
Because Bonnie was so weak, Ted stepped in and took over the mothering. ❤️ He helped care for the puppies while we worked around the clock to get them all healthy.
With love, medical care, and plenty of TLC, all four puppies were nursed back to health and adopted into loving homes. 🏡🐶 Ted was also adopted, giving him the happy ending he deserved. ❤️
But Bonnie is still waiting. She remains in foster care and is undergoing heartworm treatment as she continues her journey toward a healthy, happy life.
Six lives were saved. But there are so many more just like Bonnie and Ted who are still waiting for someone to help them.
Without you, these precious babies may not have made it. Your gift provides emergency medical care, food, medications, foster care, and most importantly, a second chance at life. ❤️
Please consider giving to help us save the next Bonnie or Ted. Every dollar makes a difference. 🐾
Thank you for giving these animals the chance they deserve.
