Hi, I’m Katherine! I’m an energetic outdoor enthusiast and lifelong animal lover with a passion for helping pets live happy, active lives.

Since starting Paw & Leash in 2022, I’ve had the privilege of caring for dogs, cats, and even a few farm animal friends. Before launching my business, I spent years working in an office while walking and hiking with four-legged companions on the side. It didn’t take long to realize I’d found my true calling, and I happily made pet care my full-time career.

Over the years, I’ve shared countless all-season adventures with amazing pets and their families. From bouncy doodles to shy Dobermans, I’ve loved getting to know each animal’s unique personality—whether on one-on-one walks or group adventures. Building trusting relationships with both pets and their people has been the most rewarding part of this journey.

In 2025 I got married and in 2026, I relocated from Groveland, Massachusetts, to Keene, New Hampshire to join my husband. I’m excited to continue doing what I love in my new community: providing reliable, compassionate care and plenty of outdoor fun for your furry family members.

Helping pets stay healthy, happy, and loved brings me so much joy and fulfillment. I can’t wait to meet you and your pup and become part of your pet’s extended family!

Dear Clients and Friends,

As you all know I remarried in October and my children and I will be relocating in June to Keene, New Hampshire to begin a new chapter of our lives.

My heart is so full of emotion as I think of the privilege that I have had to be a part of the lives of your sweet dogs and family alike. I care deeply for each one of my four legged friends and will treasure the many memories and adventures we have had over the past 5 years.

On May 1, 2026 I will be ending my business for walking/hiking as well as boarding and daycare so I can focus on my children and to begin the task of selling my house and organizing our move. This time is important as one of my children is also graduating high school and will be embarking himself on a new adventure and I need some time before our move to insure he is in a good place.

I have been gathering a list of referral names to provide you for area pet care and walking providers, but I realize not any one person may have the same model. I encourage you to keep an open mind as you contact any of these people and get to know them as you have come to know me.

Thank you for all the care, support, insight and joy that you have brought me by sharing your pet's love and the opportunity to be of service to your families.

I am so very blessed to have become part of your lives, and you a part of mine for so long, know this is the most bittersweet transition as I take steps in a new chapter 🥹.
