This sweet girl was found stuck without food or water for two days. She was scared and shut down for the first week in shelter and any noise was super scary. She would try to bolt out of her kennel any time someone tried to clean her kennel. After only a couple times of taking her out of her kennel and holding her while walking around the shelter checking out what the noises were, and showing her that they weren't scary things, this is her now! It's amazing what a little bit of time and understanding can do. She loves being snuggled and held, and will be such a great pet for someone. Overstim cats sometimes just need to be desensitized a little and shown that things aren't so scary.

We have been thinking about doing a contest!!!

The winner would get their very own cat DNA test kit mailed to them upon winning! Please comment and share if this is something you would be interested in. If we get enough people interested, we will do it!
