💜 LET'S TALK ABOUT OUR PROCESSING TIMES & WHAT MADE TO ORDER REALLY MEANS! 💜
Good morning, GSPP Family! ☀️
We want to take a moment to talk about something that has always been at the heart of Groomer Swag Pet Products our made to order process.
We have ALWAYS been a made to order company, and that's something we're incredibly proud of.
But what exactly does made to order mean?
Unlike many businesses that manufacture products in large quantities and keep shelves stocked with inventory, we do things a little differently.
Every single order is made fresh, specifically for YOU.💜
When you place an order with GSPP, it enters our production queue. We work through those orders in the order they are received, carefully making, preparing, and packaging your products.
We don't simply walk over to a shelf, grab a few bottles, put them in a box, and ship them out the door.
There is a process behind every order, and that process takes time.
🐾 NOW, LET'S TALK ABOUT PROCESSING TIMES.
Every year, from September through January, our processing times are a little longer than usual. This is our busiest season, and with the increased number of orders, additional production time is necessary.
This isn't something new, and it certainly isn't something we keep a secret.
Our processing time frames are clearly posted throughout our website so customers know what to expect before placing an order.
A few important reminders:
💜 Our busy season processing window is 2–12 business days.
💜 We operate Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are NOT included when calculating business days.
💜 Processing time is the time it takes us to make and prepare your order BEFORE it ships. Shipping transit time is separate.
💜 We have always worked within our posted processing windows, and we continue to honor those time frames.
We understand that everyone is excited to receive their products, and believe us, we're just as excited to get them into your hands!
But we also believe that quality should never be sacrificed.
We have spent years building GSPP around handcrafted, made to order products, and we aren't going to change that process simply to become a mass production company.
It's part of who we are. It's part of what makes GSPP different.
Behind every order are real people, working hard, putting in long hours, and doing their very best to create products we're proud to send to you.
We don't take your orders, your patience, or your support for granted. Not for one second.
