Horner Performance Horses

YikesItsaMinnieMouse (Ivy) kicked off her yearling show debut at the Nebraska Ranch Horse Association in McCook, Nebraska on August 30, 2026. Ivy and Therese Horner competed in the yearling futurity class in showmanship and came away second and in the money with $70 earnings. She was a little non settled over the box to side pass in the ranch in hand trail class causing a DQ but did all of the other obstacles. She also stood for 1 hour and 45 minute conformation class.

I was so proud of her! It was her first official outing at a show.

We enjoyed the company of Kelsey Ebke of Ebke Performance Horses with a Gotta Nifty Cat in the 2 year olds placing 3rd in the all around and Katrina Hahn with her 2 year old, Hold Her Halo winning the showmanship in the 2 year olds.

Thank you to all of the show officials and judges for the nice show!
