You can love your dog and still admit that living with them can be exhausting sometimes.

Jumping. Pulling. Barking. No impulse control. Chaos when someone comes to the door. A dog who just never seems to switch off.

A lot of those behaviors aren't separate problems. They're often connected by the same missing pieces: structure, communication, impulse control, and learning how to settle.

If you're constantly managing your dog instead of enjoying them, tell me what's going on.

I have a few Fall Board & Train openings available, and I'm also offering a free 15-minute Training Game Plan to help you figure out what kind of training actually makes sense for your dog.

Send me a message or use the link to tell me about your dog.

A discount might get someone's attention.

But the real reason to consider Board & Train is what everyday life with your dog could look like with a stronger training foundation.

Pulling on leash.

Jumping on people.

Ignoring commands when something more interesting comes along.

Overexcitement.

Poor household manners.

Difficulty focusing around distractions.

Or maybe you simply know your dog is capable of more, but you've struggled to get there consistently.

Lost Creek's 2-Week Board & Train gives us the opportunity to work with your dog in a structured professional training environment and focus on the skills and behaviors that matter most in real life.

For this weekend's National Dog Day Reservation Event:

Regular Price: $1,895

🔥 Event Price: $1,395

SAVE $500

As of this morning, 4 of the original 8 promotional reservations remain.

Reserve now and schedule your dog's training within the next 90 days, subject to availability and program suitability.

Happy National Dog Day! 🐾🐶

Today we're celebrating the dogs who make our lives better in ways big and small - the companions who make us laugh, keep us company, challenge us, protect us, and somehow always seem to know when we need them most.

At Lost Creek Training Academy & Boarding School, we're lucky enough to spend our days working with some pretty incredible dogs and the people who love them. From puppies learning their first lessons to dogs overcoming behavioral challenges and service dogs preparing for important work, every dog has something to teach us.

And as a fun little coincidence, National Dog Day also happens to be our founder's birthday - which seems pretty fitting for a life centered around dogs. 🐾

Give your dog an extra scratch, walk, treat, or adventure today. They deserve it.

Happy National Dog Day from all of us at Lost Creek Training Academy & Boarding School! ❤️🐕

Yesterday, we said goodbye to a very special soul. ❤️ Gryphon passed away after nearly 13 wonderful years filled with love, joy, and loyalty. He wasn’t just one of our dogs—he was family, a teacher, and a true friend.

So many of our clients over the years had the privilege of working with Gryphon, learning from his calm, yet assertive presence, and sharing in his gentle spirit. We know he touched many hearts beyond our own, and we’re grateful to each of you who got to be part of his journey.

We’ll miss him dearly, but we carry so many happy memories and lessons from the time we shared. Rest easy, sweet Gryphon, you’ll always be part of our story. 🐾
