🐾 COTTONWOOD CORNER 🐾
🔎 What’s happening beneath the surface?
Sometimes, your pet can’t tell us what’s wrong — but ultrasound can help us take a closer look. 🐾
Ultrasound is a non-invasive imaging tool that gives our veterinary team a real-time look at your pet’s internal organs and soft tissues. It can provide information that we may not be able to get from an X-ray alone.
🔍 What can we look at with ultrasound?
❤️ The heart
🩺 Liver, kidneys & spleen
🫁 Bladder & gastrointestinal tract
🔎 Abnormal areas or masses
🐾 Other soft tissues and structures
One of the really helpful things about ultrasound is that we can see movement and structures in real time, giving our doctors another valuable piece of the puzzle when figuring out what’s going on with your pet.
Whether your pet is feeling a little “off” or we’ve found something that needs a closer look, diagnostic imaging can help our team make informed decisions about their care. ❤️
Because sometimes the answers are under the surface. 🔎🐶🐱

🦊💙 Meet Fox! 💙🦊
This handsome guy is spending the day with us at for his neuter.
Fox is looking pretty curious about his surroundings—and we’re pretty sure he’s wondering why everyone keeps calling him handsome! 😻
Neutering is an important part of responsible pet care and can provide health and behavioral benefits throughout your cat’s life. Our team is here to make sure Fox is comfortable, safe, and well cared for from check-in through recovery. ❤️
We’ll be giving this sweet boy lots of TLC today! 🥰

🌿 Welcome to the Cottonwood Corner! 🌿

This week, we’re shining the spotlight on Cold Laser Therapy!

✨ What is Cold Laser Therapy?
Also called therapeutic laser therapy, cold laser uses specific wavelengths of light to help stimulate the body’s natural healing process. It’s a non-invasive, gentle treatment that can be used as part of a pet’s care plan for a variety of conditions.

🐾 How can it help?
✔️ Helps reduce pain and inflammation
✔️ Supports tissue repair and healing
✔️ Promotes circulation
✔️ Can help with recovery after surgery or injury
✔️ May provide relief for pets dealing with arthritis and other chronic conditions

One of the best parts? There’s no cutting, needles, or anesthesia involved. Many pets find laser therapy relaxing and comfortable. 🥰

If your pet is recovering from an injury or surgery, dealing with arthritis, or experiencing pain or inflammation, ask our team if Cold Laser Therapy could be a good addition to their treatment plan!

💚 That’s this week’s Cottonwood Corner!
