I am a mama and wife to an awesome family, a two legged 13 y/o TBI warrior, a 10 month old, and another on the way, one rescue kitty who is a poison survivor, and an amazing partner. I started my holistic journey at 14 years old, when I was diagnosed with autoimmune disorders. I have always searched for “another option”, I have told my doctors that “this can’t be the solution”, and/or “this can’t
be how the rest of my life will be”. I started by studying nutrition, which led to my studies of healing herbs and essential oils, which then lead to my studies of energy healing. In turn healing myself, keeping myself healthy and sharing my journey and healing others.
