Just a friendly reminder that we will be closing at 1pm on Friday, September 4th, and will be closed all day on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day. Please plan your medication refills and medication pickups accordingly and kindly give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute and same day requests may not be honored.

We will reopen on Tuesday, September 8th, at 7am and will resume normal business hours for the remainder of the week.

We will be closed on Friday, July 3rd, in observance of Independence Day. If you have a veterinary medical emergency during this time, please call VEG Katy @ 281-888-8713. We will reopen as usual on Monday, July 6th at 7am.

If your pet will need medication refills before Friday, please do your part and call them in to us NOW. Any requests made after Wednesday afternoon may not be honored for pickup by Thursday and will be filled on Monday next week when we return to on the office. We are currently in the process of setting up voicemail on our new phone system so if you call and cannot get through, please send an email and we will respond as soon as possible.

The clinic was struck by lightning during the storm this afternoon. We were all inside when it happened and everyone is okay 🙏

Unfortunately, our phones and computers are not. If you try to call you will not be able to get through so please know that we are not ignoring you, and please do not email us 500 times saying you cannot get through. We just simply have no connection because both of our modems got fried. Comcast said they cannot make it out until next week, Friday at the earliest if we get lucky. Jess has already ordered parts for the phones already on the way but they will not be installed until this weekend or next week.

In the meantime, email will be our only method of communication that we can access and only a couple of employees have this access on their phones. Please email if you need us and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you have an emergency that you don't feel should wait for a response, please call VEG Katy. Patience will be key during this time and please know we will be doing our best to keep things flowing as smoothly as we possibly can.
