The clinic was struck by lightning during the storm this afternoon. We were all inside when it happened and everyone is okay 🙏

Unfortunately, our phones and computers are not. If you try to call you will not be able to get through so please know that we are not ignoring you, and please do not email us 500 times saying you cannot get through. We just simply have no connection because both of our modems got fried. Comcast said they cannot make it out until next week, Friday at the earliest if we get lucky. Jess has already ordered parts for the phones already on the way but they will not be installed until this weekend or next week.

In the meantime, email will be our only method of communication that we can access and only a couple of employees have this access on their phones. Please email if you need us and we will respond as quickly as possible. If you have an emergency that you don't feel should wait for a response, please call VEG Katy. Patience will be key during this time and please know we will be doing our best to keep things flowing as smoothly as we possibly can.

We will be closing at 1pm on Friday, May 22nd and will be closed on Monday, May 25th in observance of Memorial Day.

We just received this lovely email from Comcast regarding our phones and internet tomorrow. We will likely be without both for the entire day. With luck, we will have intermittent service. Please be patient with us as we find alternative ways on our mobile devices to stay connected.

To better serve our clients, Dr. B will be offering extended office hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays until 8pm. The last appointment spot offered will be a 7:20pm.

Please note that we will be closed Thursday, December 25th though Sunday, December 28th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, December 29th. The same schedule will follow for New Year's week. We will be open half days from 7am-1pm on Wednesday, December 24th and Wednesday, December 31st.

Please be courteous when calling in medication refills to allow our staff ample time to fill as we do anticipate to be busier than usual. All requests should be called in by the end of the day today to ensure pickup by end of day on lunch time on Wednesday. Medications requested after this time cannot be guaranteed they will be ready for pick up in time before the holiday. Thank you for understanding!

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closing on Friday, October 31st at 4pm to allow our staff time to spend with their families and kiddos for trick or treating and Halloween events.
