El-Lor-Ru Stables Established in 1972, we are a family owned and operated horse boarding business with over 60 years of experience in the equine world.

We offer full-service horse boarding, an indoor riding arena, indoor wash racks, multiple tie stalls, private tack rooms, heated viewing area, large matted box stalls, daily cleaning with premium shavings, onsite owner, and an established vet and farrier. Our facility is conveniently located between Chicago and Milwaukee – minutes away from I-94; 15 minutes north of the IL/WI border, 30 minutes fr

om Milwaukee, and 30 minutes from Lake Geneva. As a family owned and operated facility, we live just a mere feet away from the barn and will welcome your equine partner member as one of our own. Our goal is quite simple – we provide great care – the same care we expect for our personal horses. And we keep the needs of each individual horse at the forefront. We truly care about each and every animal in our care – and it shows. Our customers stay – for years – and we believe this is unique to our facility. We provide a friendly, safe, and positive atmosphere for all to enjoy.
