Cliff Drive Dog Park

Cliff Drive Dog Park support for building a dog park in the NE. of Kansas City MO I think the North East Area of Kansas City needs a dog park.

I know that my yard is not large enough for my dogs to run and play. The park would be very inviting for others to come with their dogs and enjoy the beauty of our neighborhood at the same time.

This is the site we are looking at for the Dog Park. It's just East of the Kansas City Museum by gate 3 of Cliff Drive. If you go there you can see where we have been clearing out the underbrush and the dead trees, walk on down to the cliff and you can see the back side of the colonnade. It's a really cool view.

I've just spoke with the Pendleton Heights Association President and they are on board with the Dog Park.

Did you know that there are only 2 off leash dog parks in Kansas City? One at Penn Valley and the other Swope Park. Hard to believe in such a large area.
