⚠️Shampooch has experienced 3 cancellations last minute within 1 weeks time, with no time to book additional clients. As this is a business, it’s important to give substantial notice prior to your appointment to allow me enough time to fill your slot.

🚨Due to the recent last minute cancellations, Shampooch will now be implementing a cancellation policy🚨

‼️You will be required to give a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid any additional fees. For cancellations after the 48 hour time frame you will be charged 50% of your quoted price. For cancellations within 12 hours / same day of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your quoted price.

‼️I often reach out the day before, or hours before your appointment time to confirm bookings. If I do not get a confirmation from you within 1.5 hours of your scheduled appointment, it will result in a NO SHOW / CANCELLATION and you will be required to pay the full quoted price + an additional $10 NO SHOW fee.

🩷 I understand life happens, business happens, and things can get crazy. These fees will be waived depending on certain circumstances up to my discretion 🩷

It has been such a pleasure working with each and every one of you and I am super excited to continue our work together, as well as getting the opportunity to meet more of you throughout the community!!

Unfortunately we are going be starting our vacation and wont be returning again until Mid-January! As most of you know, I am currently pregnant with my first baby, and she is due to be here in a month or less!! 🩷 We are adding one to the pack! With that being said, the physical aspect of this work is getting a bit more difficult! I will be returning in January and will be available to take bookings in advance at any time!!! I can’t wait to start working with you all again!!

✨ When I return, I will be offering grooming/trimming services with the Deluxe packages upon requests!! It will be an additional fee, however it will be made available to each client! ✨

Keep your eye out for updates from us as we bring along our sweet baby girl, and open back up for business Mid-January!! 💖🐾

Until then, give your pooches some smooches for us and lots of treats !! they deserve nothing less 🐶🫶🏽
