To my boarding families❤️

Over the years, many of your pups have become part of my extended family. Watching them grow, celebrating their birthdays, learning their quirks, and welcoming them back through my door has been one of the greatest joys of this business.

Because I am committed to continuing to provide the best experience possible, I will be making improvements and investing in new opportunities for the pups in my care. This includes adding new enrichment equipment and play features, and offering optional field trips and adventures (with owner permission) for pups who enjoy exploring. We’ve already had a few fun car rides and snack stops❤️ and an occasional dip in a creek or two 🐾

To continue providing the personalized, home-based care you’ve come to expect, boarding rates will increase effective August 1, 2026:

🐾 $60/night for the first pup
🐾 $50/night for each additional pup from the same household

This is my first rate increase since August 2024.

Any reservations booked before August 1 will be honored at the current rates.

Thank you for trusting me with your pups. They are never “just clients” to me. They are part of my family, and I look forward to continuing to love, spoil, and care for them for years to come. ❤️🐾

🎂🐾 HAPPY 6th BIRTHDAY, RAINI 🐾🎂

What was supposed to be a sweet birthday celebration turned into an episode of Dog Law & Order.

I got special pupcakes for Raini’s birthday and set them on the kitchen table for approximately 3.7 seconds.

Apparently, that was enough time for Willa to formulate a plan, execute the mission, and secure the assets.

I was outside when I heard Winnie absolutely LOSING HER MIND. Since Winnie is approximately the size of a throw pillow with anger issues, I assumed Sirie, our 5-month-old, 60 lb puppy/clumsy giraffe had accidentally existed (breathing the same air as Winnie, looked at Winnie, God forbid try to play with Winnie) again.

Wrong.

I walked inside to find Willa halfway ON THE TABLE, vacuuming up birthday pupcakes like the world was ending and carbs were the only currency left.

Meanwhile, Winnie was behind her conducting a full-scale law enforcement operation. Barking. Nipping. Filing paperwork. Requesting backup.

Willa was unmoved…all in.

No remorse.
No hesitation.
No eye contact.

Just pure commitment to the crime.

The puppy, meanwhile, was standing there looking like the only witness who showed up to court without a lawyer. She had absolutely no idea what was happening, but somehow looked guilty anyway.

And Raini? The birthday girl. The victim.

The one whose cupcakes were stolen.

She couldn’t have cared less. Not a single complaint.
Not one bark. Nothing.

As for Willa, she still won’t look at me. Which is interesting because I’M not the one who climbed onto a table and committed grand theft pupcake.

Fortunately, I managed to rescue one cupcake before the suspect could destroy all evidence.

🐾Today’s dog boarding report card so far 🐾

Hudson – Acting suspicious. Won’t make eye contact. Definitely knows he did something… we just don’t have evidence yet.

Raini – Sweet but thinks “come here” means “you try to catch me while I run in circles.”

Graham – Also avoiding eye contact most of the time (good pic here though) like he’s being investigated by the FBI. Sir… what did you do?? 👀

Willa – Keeps me employed. The most common phrase today:
“Oh Willa… 🤦🏻‍♀️”

Cleopatra – Senior queen energy. I’m honestly convinced she’s part human. She watches everything like she pays the mortgage and just wants love, snacks, and a comfortable place to supervise the chaos 👑

Luna – She’s… special. We’ll just leave it there 😂 Certified wiggle butt who believes personal space is optional and everyone’s business is her business.

Winnie – We all know Winnie. Tiny body, CEO attitude. Absolutely convinced she runs the entire operation. Classic little dog complex and honestly… we just let her think she’s in charge.

Running a dog boarding business is basically managing a group of toddlers covered in fur and questionable decision making… and I love every minute of it 😂🐶

If you need someone to watch your dogs who understands their chaos, their personalities, and their dramatic tendencies… I got you.
