I use to hate making sour dough because of allllllllll the millions of sour dough makers on tiktok doing these stretch and folds and long waiting process. I don’t have time for that crap and quite frankly I don’t want to do it. 🤪. Then I finally mastered a no stretch and fold, no high maintenance BS way of making it 😂😂 no it doesn’t have some pretty design on it. Cause I don’t care. We only care about how it taste and it’s perfecto… 🍞
