We're looking for the right person to join our team.
This is more than a barn job. We're looking for someone who takes pride in exceptional horse care, notices the details that others miss, and understands that consistency is what allows performance horses to thrive.
The ideal candidate is someone who:
• Strong horsemanship skills and knowledge of equine health, nutrition, and first aid
• Is dependable, reliable, and committed to showing up every day
• Takes ownership of their work without needing constant supervision
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness and organization
• Communicates professionally with clients and teammates
• Genuinely cares about the health, safety, and well-being of every horse in their care
Responsibilities include daily horse care, feeding, turnout, stall cleaning, facility maintenance, monitoring horse health, and helping maintain a clean, organized, professional facility.
We're looking for someone who wants to become part of a team not someone simply looking for their next job. There is a lot of growth opportunity for the right individual in this role. Position Details
• Part-Time, Wednesday through Sunday Mornings
• English Sport Horse Facility
• Pay DOE (Dependent on Experience)
• Weekend availability is required
• 18+
