What better way to celebrate National Make A Dog’s Day than by adopting an animal in need? Make today their best day ever by giving them a loving home.

Today, we’re shining a spotlight on three of our special underdogs: Romeo, Rosita, and Sonny! 🐶

🐿️ Romeo has been in our care since August and is currently receiving treatment for heartworms. This lovable goofball loves chasing squirrels and is ready to bring plenty of fun and laughter to his forever home!

💙 Rosita has been with us since July, and she doesn’t let being deaf slow her down! She’s living life to the fullest and is currently in a foster home learning more signs to help her communicate with her future family.

🐾 Sonny came to us in September. He may be a little shy when you first meet him, but once he feels comfortable, his sweet personality shines! Sonny has one eye, but he has just as much love to give as any other dog.

Interested in adopting? Stop by our shelter any time during our open hours: Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. to see who we have available or give us a call at 269.344.1474 for more information!

Look at all these wonderful donations! A huge thank-you to Beacon Health & Fitness and everyone who contributed to their supply drive for the SPCA of Southwest Michigan!

These supplies were truly needed, and we’re so grateful for the generosity of everyone who pitched in. Thank you for helping us keep our animals fed, comfortable, and cared for while they wait for homes!

Come and Meet Butch!

Butch has been with us since June, and he’s ready to find a family who can keep up with his fun-loving spirit! This energetic, playful boy loves to dig, play, and explore. He’s dog-friendly, enjoys a good game, and is working on learning his commands. Butch can get a little enthusiastic with his play style, so he’s looking for someone who can help him channel all that puppy energy into positive adventures!

After waiting for his family for months, Butch deserves a chance to show off his goofy personality and learn all the wonderful things that come with having a home of his own. Could you be the one he’s been waiting for? 🐶❤️

📍 Come meet Butch and see if he’s your perfect match!

Butch's adoption fee is $50.
