Here is a very unique buck that had a severely cleft nose. My best guess is that it was a birth defect because the upper front palate was not there but it could have been an injury. Anyway here is my best recreation of it along with a couple pictures before it was skinned out.

At it again. More pheasant feather art. The method used to adhere each feather to the backing is very durable and is the same that I learned from Jeff Fredrick.
The framed pheasant I'm holding in my hand is for sale. The artwork is 6" x 18" is 10" x 22" overall and is framed in solid cherry. $250

Took this taxidermy piece on the left and transformed it into feather art! The difference is that there is no skin in feather art, Just feathers And they are securely adhered to the backing, in this case, oak veneer plywood which is framed with solid red oak.
