The 2026 fall Grand in St. Louis has come to an end. Big thanks to all the judges, committee members, Gateway HRC for hosting and holding this event. We wasn't perfect unfortunately, but we did manage to get 1 thru.

Kujo came out on fire, but a little too much on fire and just couldn't hold it together in the 3rd and lost him.

Diesel (owned by Shawn Stokes)came out with a rough start and started on 1s in the 1st, but he buckled down, got his feet under him and was on point the rest of the way. This gives him his second Grand pass back to back. We've got a few points left to get the official title but it will be very soon.

Gotta give a big thanks to all the people that coached me, corrected me, and gave me many words of wisdom to get to this point.

Wasn't the finish we was hoping for but given we have focused on Masters and The Grand, I ain't going to complain to much. Now we switch to high gear for The Grand and hit em again after that. Thanks to Central Arkansas Retriever Club for hosting, judges, workers and landowner's for allowing us to be able to do what we all enjoy.

You win some, you lose some, but at the end of the day it's always a learning experience. We wasn't perfect, but we managed to pick up a few.

We got to stay home this weekend and run some master test at Central Arkansas Retriever Club. Want to give big shout out to Freddy King for the use of his grounds and Kevin Redman for heading this up. Thanks to judges, the club, the workers and all that helped out.

I'm not for sure where to even begin. When I started training, I set certain goals and today one was met. I achieved my first Grand Pass on a dog. It's a lot easier said than done. I want to thank everyone who has helped me, taught me, pushed me and stood behind me on this journey. Now we start prepping and hit it again in fall chasing the title.

HRCH Kujo MH QAA made it to the fourth but luck just wasn't on his side and he pointed out.

HRCH Diesel (1 grand passs)carried me all the way through and got his and mine first grand pass.
Owned by Shawn Stokes.
