We’ve had a few people ask about calling the store, so we wanted to share a quick note
At The Liquid Zoo, we’ve chosen not to have a phone so we can give our full attention to the fish and to the customers right in front of us.
During our first year, we did have a phone — and we found that stepping away to answer calls took away from the care and experience we want everyone to have in-store.
Since it’s just the two of us running the store, we’ve chosen to focus on being fully present for the fish and for you when you’re here.
We truly love getting to talk with you face-to-face, answer questions, and help you find exactly what you need — so if you ever have questions or want to chat, come see us! 🐠
