September is Pain Awareness Month, and November is National Senior Pet Month—two great reminders that our pets can experience pain and arthritis, especially as they get older. 🐶🐱

We’re celebrating our senior pets and helping keep them comfortable with a SPECIAL GIVEAWAY! 🎉

🐾 HOW TO ENTER:
Any patient currently receiving Solensia (cats) or Librela (dogs) will be automatically entered when they:

💉 Come in for their monthly injection during September
📅 AND book their October & November appointments ahead of time

We will be choosing a few lucky patients to receive their November injection FREE! 🥳🐾❤️

We want to encourage our senior pets to stay on schedule with their monthly arthritis injections so they can continue living their best, most comfortable lives!

🐾🐶 NATIONAL DOG DAY 🐶🐾

Today, we’re celebrating the reason we do what we do. ❤️

The dogs who greet us with a wagging tail, the nervous pups who find their courage, the seniors who have given their families years of unconditional love, and the goofy ones who keep everyone laughing. 🥹🐾

Every dog has their own personality, their own quirks, and their own special place in their family — and we feel incredibly lucky to be part of their lives. 🩺❤️

So today, give your dog an extra treat, an extra belly rub, and a little reminder that they are so, so loved. 🐶💗

And today, we’re also remembering a very special pup who may no longer be with us, but she will always be part of our clinic family. 🌈🐾 Toni may have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, but her love and memories she left behind will never be forgotten. ❤️

A big Happy National Dog Day from all of us at the clinic AND our spoiled pups at home — Diesel, Tug, Lilee, Maggee, and Rusty! 🐶🐾❤️ They may not work here, but they definitely keep us busy at home! 😂

💙A BIG THANK YOU TO OUR AMAZING CLIENTS!

We want to take a moment to thank ALL of our clients for your patience and understanding over the past few weeks while Dr. Chelsee was busy at the Fayette County Fair and while we had our relief veterinarian helping us see appointments. We truly appreciate your flexibility and continued support! 🐾

For Dr. Chelsee, being involved in 4-H and FFA is so much more than just a week at the fair. She grew up in 4-H and FFA, showing livestock and experiencing first hand the early mornings, long days, hard work, dedication, and even the hard time/sad feelings that come with raising showing and selling livestock projects.

That experience is a huge part of why she is so passionate about supporting the next generation of 4-H and FFA members. She understands the commitment these kids and families put in all year long, and she is proud to give back to programs that played such an important role in her own life.

And she certainly put that passion into action this year! 💙 At the Fayette County Fair, Dr. Chelsee and Valley View Vet were able to purchase animals at the Livestock Auction, and was named the Total Volume Animal Buyer for 2026! 🐄🐖🐑

🎉🐑🐮🐐🐽Fayette County Fair Week is here!

What a great way to kick off fair week! Dr. Chelsee was proud to donate a Show Box filled with supplies for Friday night’s Cloverbud Show.

The Cloverbud program gives young kids the chance to step into the show ring and experience showing a lamb, goat, and pig, helping spark a love for agriculture and 4-H. It’s a fun way to build confidence, responsibility, and a passion for animals while encouraging the next generation of exhibitors.

We’re so proud to support these amazing young showmen and can’t wait to watch them grow through 4-H. Great job to all of the Cloverbuds—we hope you had an unforgettable first fair experience! Good Luck to all the exhibitors throughout the rest of the week! ✨🥇🏆

Our very own Dr. Chelsee was the Spotlight 4-H Volunteer leader of the week. She is being highlighted for being an exceptional leader and an amazing example to our youth. She is always willing to provide our youth with knowledge about their projects. A very nice recognition for the hard work and dedication she puts into the 4-H program.🍀🍀🍀🍀

It's time for our Pennsylvania 4-H Volunteer Spotlight! Each week, Pennsylvania 4-H highlights volunteers who are doing great work around the state.

Today, we are celebrating Dr. Chelsee Beal of Fayette County!

Dr. Chelsee Beal is an exceptional leader and an amazing example to youth. She has been a 4-H volunteer for 9 years; is a club leader; and is always willing to lend a hand at tag-ins, with guest speaking at other clubs, and much, much more.

Her nominator says, "Chelsee was a 4-H member herself, and inspires 4-Hers to do their best. She’s never too busy to share her extensive knowledge with youth. You can find her on the sidelines at livestock shows, always cheering kids on. Fayette County is lucky to have her as a volunteer!"

Our office hours will be limited during the next week due to Dr. Chelsee’s involvement with Fayette County 4-H activities. A doctor will remain available at the clinic, and we will continue to schedule and see appointments.

💊Thursday July 30th- office will be open for MED PICKUP ONLY from 8am-6:30PM
💊Friday July 31st- office will be open for MED PICKUP only from 8AM-3PM
🩺Monday August 3rd- 8AM-4:30PM for appointments
🩺Tuesday August 4th- 8AM-6PM for appointments
🩺Wednesday August 5th- 8AM-4:30PM for appointments
💊Thursday August 6th- office will be open for MED PICKUP only 8AM-12PM
🩺Friday August 7th- 8AM-4:30PM for appointments
