4 Stray Paws Ltd We are a foster based nonprofit animal rescue dedicated to helping animals in need. Thank you for following us and all the support. We hope to make a difference.

4 Stray Paws Rescue (formerly Joliet Community Strays) was created to help the feral cats in our area. We are noticing the issue has become more extreme since covid so we wanted to step up and help these cats get the medical treatment they deserve. This includes Spay/Neuter, vaccinations, microchips, and any medical issues that need to be addressed. We are working closely with Dr. Adam at Essingto

n Road Animal Hospital and the staff to treat these cats. However, it does come at an expense, so I am reaching out to the Joliet community for help with donations. We are a licensed 501c3 rescue organization.

The Charm Litter is 11 weeks old and READY for their forever homes! 🐾💛

They had their second round of shots and were absolute angels at the vet — giving us their best “puppy whisperer” faces in the wagon. 📸✨

Two of the pups (Bloom 🎀 and Rune 🐾) have already been adopted, and the remaining five are ready to GO‑GO‑GO into summer with their new families! ☀️🏡

We need the community’s help. We are getting calls daily about moms outside with kittens. If you have ever wanted to foster now is the time. Please DM us. Rescue covers all medical and has donations to cover supplies. All they need is a dog kennel or small space so they can grow up safely inside a home.

🚨🚨🚨 S.O.S. — EMERGENCY FOSTER NEEDED 🚨🚨🚨

Can you help Strawberry? 🍓💙

Strawberry is a previously adopted kitty who suddenly needs a new place to land. He was the very last of his litter to find a home, and we were so happy when his adopters came back weeks later specifically for him — especially since they had already adopted one of his siblings.

Sadly, life changed unexpectedly. His family is moving, and their new housing only allows two pets. Since they already had a dog before adding the cats, Strawberry is the one losing his home through no fault of his own.

He is: 🐾 About 1 year old
🐾 Fully vetted
🐾 Incredibly sweet and loving
🐾 Looking for a safe foster or forever home ASAP

Strawberry deserves stability, love, and a family that won’t give up on him. Please help us keep this sweet boy out of a stressful shelter environment.

And with kitten season comes tiny paws, sleepy faces, endless bowls of food, messy litter boxes, and a HUGE need for supplies. 💕🍼

4 Stray Paws Rescue is already caring for multiple litters of kittens, from fragile newborn babies with closed eyes to playful little fluffballs learning how to kitten. Some came in sick, some orphaned, some needing around-the-clock care, and every single one deserves warmth, safety, full bellies, and a chance at a happy life. 🐱✨

Right now, we are in urgent need of:

🩷 Wet kitten food
🩷 Dry kitten food
🩷 Cat litter

Every can of food, every bag of litter, every share of this post truly makes a difference. Rescue during kitten season is exhausting, emotional, expensive, and absolutely nonstop, but these tiny babies are worth it. 💔➡️❤️
