Despite the cold and rainy weather, Team HCF had a great week at Brave Horse I! 🌧️🏆

Baylee Dye stepped up to the Children’s Pony Division with Surf’s Up and earned top 3 placings! We are so proud of all the hard work she has put in to make the move up.

Dolora Schumacher and Carinus earned top ribbons in the Pre-Child/Adult Division, including a win on Sunday!

Dylan Elmore and HH Eagle Scout also had top placings in the Pre-Child/Adult Division including a win on Sunday, and earning the Reserve Championship. They also won the OHJA Medal on Friday! Earlier in the week, Jessica and Scout competed in the USHJA 2’6” Division, winning both classes and earning the Championship 🏆

Madeline Kottman and Pimpernal De Mariposa won the 1.25m Classic on Sunday and secured the Reserve Championship in the 1.20m Jr/Am Division! 🥇🥈

South Pacific and Jessica earned top ribbons in the Baby Green Division 🥇

Famous Affair and Jessica also had top placings in the USHJA 2’6” Division early in the week!

A huge thank you to all of our riders, owners, trainers, staff, and families for another great week. We are so proud of this team and looking forward to being back at Brave Horse at the end of the month!

Great start to Brave Horse I! 🐴✨

HH Eagle Scout and Jessica Borton kicked things off strong, winning both USHJA 2'6" classes. South Pacific followed suit with Jessica, taking top honors in both Baby Green over fences, and Dylan Elmore riding to 2nd on the flat.
Famous Affair also had a great start to the week, finishing 3rd, 4th, and 6th in the USHJA 2'6" with Jess!

🐴 Now Hiring: Weekend Barn Help 🐴

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team for weekend barn help!

Schedule: • Saturdays & Sundays
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
(Opportunity for additional days/hours for the right person)

Duties Include:
• Cleaning stalls
• Turning out horses
• Feeding
• Basic barn chores and cleaning duties

Requirements:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Previous horse experience required
• Able to lift at least 50 lbs
• Reliable transportation is a must

This is a great opportunity to be around horses, stay active, and be part of a supportive barn environment!

Happy St. Patrick’s Day from HCF! 🍀

Everette and Lego, Baylee and Finn, and Dylan and Blu got in the spirit this weekend, competing in the St. Patrick’s Day braiding contest at WEC—and Everette and Lego took home the win! 🏆

Another fantastic week at WEC #12! 🎉🐴 So proud of all of our riders and horses!

✨ Madeline Kottman & Pimpernal De Mariposa won the $7,500 Mini Prix and were double clear for 2nd in the 1.20m Classic! All the hard work paying off—huge congratulations, Madeline!

✨ Alyssa Janiga & Dominica LS had top Amateur Jumper rounds, including a 4th in the Classic and a blue ribbon!

✨ Blake Ruberto made her horse show debut with Storyteller and swept the Poles division for Champion, plus Reserve Champion in the Crossrails!

✨ Ariana Tyler & Jaipur Du Pre Du Jart made their WEC debut and had great rounds and ribbons in the Baby Greens and Low Adult Hunters!

✨ Baylee Dye & Surf’s Up had top ribbons in the Short Stirrup Hunters and Combined Equitation, including winning a class!
Sarah Livingston also showed Surf’s Up in the USHJA 2', placing 4th and 5th out of 19 🙌🏻

✨ Everette Filiatraut & Legolas earned great ribbons in the Short Stirrup Hunters & Equitation, including a 2nd out of 19!

✨ Reese Ruberto & My Clementine moved up to the Short Stirrup division and brought home top ribbons in big classes!

✨ Dylan Elmore & South Pacific had beautiful rounds in the Limit Hunters & Equitation, including 1st in the Under Saddle!
Jessica Borton also showed South Pacific in the Baby Greens with great results.

✨ Jessica Borton & Krischan had clear rounds and blue ribbons in the Schooling Jumpers!

Huge congratulations to everyone and thank you to our amazing team at home and at the show for all the hard work! 💙
