Jana is a US citizen, originally from Prague, Czech Republic. Jana succeeded in making her dream of becoming a dog trainer and breeder of World Class European Bloodline German Shepherd Dogs a reality. Jana is a Professional Dog Trainer that actively participates in the sport of Schutzhund / IGP. “IGP (Internationale Gebrauchshund Pruefung / International Working Dog Test) previously known as Schutzhund, is a breed suitability test for working dogs and a competitive dog sport.”

Jana has helped many people with obedience training and canine behavior problems. Jana has titled multiple dogs in IGP and has shown her dogs for their breed surveys and conformation ratings at Regional and National Level dog shows. Jana is a certified dog trainer and groomer with more than 14 years of practical hands-on experience. Jana is a member in good standing with The United Schutzhund Clubs of America and the German Shepherd Dog Club of America.

Tara has been with me for a little over a week and a half in our 2-Week Board & Train Program, and she is doing extremely well! 🐾

She had just turned 5 months old when she came in, and tonight we pushed her a little more by working on loose leash walking and obedience in downtown Johnstown with real-life distractions around us.

We practiced DOWN, STAY, loose leash walking, focus, and calm behavior in a busier environment, and Tara handled it beautifully. I’m very happy with her progress so far, especially for such a young puppy. ❤️

This is exactly why I like taking training out into the real world — dogs need to learn that the same rules apply outside the training area too.

Boone just completed his 4-session Private Puppy Training Program, and he did such a great job! ❤️

Over the past four sessions, we worked on building a strong foundation for good manners, obedience, confidence, and better communication between Boone and his family. He made wonderful progress and was so enjoyable to work with.

Starting training early can make such a big difference. Puppy training helps prevent unwanted habits before they become bigger problems and gives your puppy the skills needed to grow into a well-mannered, enjoyable family companion.

🐾 When training day really wears you out… 😂💤 🐾

After sport training yesterday, Logan sent me this picture of Banks on the way home — apparently he was actually snoring. 😄 That tells me he gave training everything he had!

I’m really proud of Logan and Banks and the progress they’re making together. Banks is doing a great job, but Logan deserves a lot of credit too. She is a very dedicated handler — out there training in the rain, getting eaten by mosquitoes, and still showing up and putting in the work. That kind of consistency is exactly what makes progress happen.

Training like this is not always glamorous, and it’s definitely not always comfortable, but Logan keeps showing up for her dog — and it shows. Banks is learning, growing, and building a great foundation through all of that hard work.

These two are doing an amazing job together, and I’m excited to keep watching their progress! 💪🐕

And judging by this picture… I think Banks approved of the workout. Snoring all the way home 😂💤

🐾 11 Weeks Old & Already Making Amazing Progress! 🐾

So proud of Nyx, our 11-week-old Cane Corso puppy, and her owner! ❤️ They have been putting in the work, and it really shows.

In this video, they’re practicing COME, moving into the HEEL position around the handler’s body, and finishing with a SIT. For such a young puppy, Nyx is doing an amazing job! 👏

In just the last two weeks, I’ve already seen a huge improvement. She is learning:

🐶 COME
🐶 PLACE
🐶 HEEL position
🐶 SIT
🐶 Loose-leash walking
🐶 Focus and engagement with her owner

This is exactly why I love starting training young. We’re not looking for perfection at 11 weeks old — we’re building communication, confidence, good habits, and a strong foundation that will grow with the puppy.

And I have to give her owner a lot of credit too. Training doesn’t stop when the lesson ends. The progress comes from practicing at home, staying consistent, and putting in the work. These two are doing an amazing job together, and I’m very proud of them! ❤️
