Meet Glen.. Blue coat? Absolutely. Handsome? UNDENIABLY. 🤍🐾

This stunning little guy is only about 11 weeks old and is ready to find a family to call his own!

He's got the most beautiful blue-and-white coat, a whole lot of puppy charm, and so much growing and learning ahead of him. Like any young pup, he's still figuring out the world, learning his manners, and discovering how to be the very best boy he can be.

His previous home had cats, and he was a little too enthusiastic with his feline friends. Because of that, we think he'd do best in a home without cats, or with a family experienced in safely managing and training a puppy around other animals. 🐶

But please don't let that one little detail overshadow everything this sweet boy has to offer! He's still a baby with so much potential, and the right family could be the beginning of a beautiful story. ❤️

His adoption fee is $275 and includes neutering, age-appropriate vaccines, deworming, and a microchip.

📩 Think this handsome blue boy might be your match? Apply to adopt and give him the fresh start he's waiting for!

✨Today makes Day 3 of our National Adoption Week Game, Never Have I Ever: Adoption Edition! ✨

If you are guilty of any of the following, post a picture of your pet in the comments! If you aren't, then it looks like you need to be adopting from AHHS in the near future.

- Never have I ever.... bought my cat an expensive toy just for them to play with the box instead.
- Never have I ever... applied to adopt an animal online at 2 A.M. (I know you guys have; I get the email notifications!)
- Never have I ever...picked out a name for my new pet before bringing them home.
-Never have I ever....sent a picture of an adoptable pet to my partner with the caption, "Okay..but hear me out.."
-Never have I ever...made my pet their own Christmas stocking OR birthday cake.

This ought to be good. Share your spoiled fur babies in the comments!!

Are you looking to make a shelter dog's day just a little more exciting? Then consider our Doggy Day Out Program! 😄

It's as easy as 1,2,3!

1. Complete our Doggy Day Out application. Our team will review and help get you to the next step.

2. Meet your buddy! We'll help match you with a canine companion who's ready for adventure! We'll provide guidance to ensure your outing is both safe and enjoyable.

3. Enoy your day! Take your new furry friend for a walk, explore a local park, or simply enjoy some quality time together. Every outing gives a dog enrichment, exercise, and a little extra love. No matter what you decide to do, they'll just be happy to be doing it with you!

It's Day 2 of our National Adoption Week game, Never Have I Ever: Adoption Edition!

You know the drill. If guilty, post a picture of your adopted pet in the comments. If you aren't guilty...well.. You need to adopt a pet so that you can play along! 😉

- Never have I ever...cried at a happy adoption story.
- Never have I ever...adopted a second pet because I felt like my first one "needed a friend".
-Never have I ever...told someone the phrase "My pet rescued ME!".
- Never have I ever...apologized to my pet for accidentally waking them up.
-Never have I ever... taken multiple photos of my pet in one sitting.

I, for one, am guilty on all five accounts! See my newest adoptee in the comments. ☺
