✨ Build your dog’s focus and desire to work with you
✨ Strengthen familiar skills around distractions
✨ Keep training rewarding for both ends of the leash

Somewhere along the way, “too sensitive,” “too stubborn,” and “it’s just a hobby” became empathy, determination, and a business I’m proud of.

That little girl didn’t have it all figured out. She just loved dogs and had a heart that felt everything.

I wish I could tell her how much those things would matter one day.

Win Wednesday is taking flight! ✈️

Grit brought home an Owner Handled Group 2nd placement in my hometown, with my parents there to cheer us on! Getting to share that moment with them made it even sweeter.

But the wins went beyond the ring. Two flights, a three hour layover on one end, almost missing our connection on the way back due to no open gates, and this boy handled it all beautifully. He even alerted me before I nearly passed out at check in, giving me time to sit down and recover.

From showing his heart in the ring to taking care of me outside it, Grit gave me so much to be proud of this week. To think, he’s not even 2 years old, yet!
