🐾 Appointment & Cancellation Policy 🐾

To ensure fairness for all clients and to protect my schedule, the following policies are in place:

📅 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

🚫 No-Show Policy
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will also be charged 50% of the scheduled service price.

💳 Card on File Required
A valid card on file is required to book any appointment. Your card will only be charged in accordance with the cancellation and no-show policies.

Summer Is Here: Keep Your Pup Comfortable in the Heat 🐾☀️

Summer has arrived, bringing longer days, warmer temperatures, and plenty of opportunities for outdoor fun with our furry friends. While many dogs love spending time outside, the heat and sun can quickly become uncomfortable—and even dangerous—if proper care isn’t taken.

Regular grooming plays an important role in helping your pup stay comfortable during the warmer months. A well-maintained coat allows for better air circulation, helps prevent painful matting, and keeps dirt, debris, and excess undercoat from trapping heat against the skin. Contrary to popular belief, many dogs’ coats actually help regulate body temperature, making proper coat maintenance essential.

As temperatures rise, it’s also important to provide plenty of fresh water, access to shade, and avoid outdoor activities during the hottest parts of the day. Keep an eye out for signs of overheating, including excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, or difficulty walking.
