🐾 Please Help Us Welcome Dr. Kristin Durden to the Wolfe Pack! 🥳

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Durden to the WAH family! 💚🐶🐱🐴

Dr. Durden grew up in Sandersville, GA, where her love for animals and the outdoors began at a young age. After beginning her college journey as a collegiate softball player, she transferred to the University of Georgia, where she completed her undergraduate degree before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from UGA in 2025. 🎓🐾

During veterinary school, Dr. Durden received a Certificate of Merit in Large Animal Medicine & Surgery and began her veterinary career in equine medicine, gaining valuable experience in medicine, surgery, and client communication. She is excited to bring that experience into our practice while continuing to grow as a well-rounded veterinarian. 🩺✨

One of the things Dr. Durden loves most about veterinary medicine is building lasting relationships with clients and being there for their pets through every stage of life. ❤️

When she’s not at the clinic, you can find her hunting, fishing, spending time at the beach with her husband, Joe, or cheering on the Georgia Bulldogs! ❤️🖤🏈
Goooo Dawgs!

Dr. Durden is thrilled to be back home in Georgia and is looking forward to meeting all of the wonderful pets and families in our community!

Join us in giving Dr. Durden a big Wolfe welcome! 🐾💚 We’re so happy to have you, Dr. Durden! 🥰

🐾 Please Help Us Welcome Dr. Madison Smith! 🐾

We are so excited to welcome Dr. Madison Smith to the Wolfe Animal Hospital family! 💚

Originally from Denver, Colorado and raised in Harvest, Alabama, Dr. Smith’s love for animals began with horses and grew to include cattle, cats, dogs, and just about every creature in between! 🐴🐮🐶🐱

Dr. Smith graduated from Berry College in 2021 before earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from Oklahoma State University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2025. Most recently, she completed an internship at Mississippi State University CVM, where she focused on developing her skills in large animal medicine. 🩺✨

Her special interests include bovine and equine reproduction, but she loves getting the opportunity to learn and work with all kinds of animals!

When she’s not caring for patients, you can find Dr. Smith surrounded by her houseplant collection 🌱, hunting for unique coffee mugs ☕, getting lost in a good book 📚, or enjoying the great outdoors. She also brought along her chaotic cat, Skeeter, and her sweet ball python, Sharpei! 🐍🐱

We are thrilled to have her on our team and can’t wait for our Wolfe family to meet her! Please join us in giving Dr. Smith a big Wolfe welcome! 💚🐾

Welcome to Wolfe Animal Hospital, Dr. Smith! We’re so happy to have you! 🐾💚

You have watched this and thought the cat was being silly. It was not. Up close, your cat is nearly blind, and the whiskers are doing the seeing. 🐾

Happy 1 year work anniversary, Rosie! We love you and appreciate all you do ❤️
