I often get asked “Why do you have TWO forms?”

And honestly, the answer is simple: because they serve two completely different purposes.

My Intake Form gives me the information I need about your pet and anything else that may affect their appointment.

My Policies & Procedures form is about my business expectations, scheduling, cancellations, safety, coat condition, handling, and how I operate.

Both are completed before your appointment is booked.

Why do I do it this way?

Because I don't want to meet your pet for the first time and start figuring everything out while they're already on my table.

I want to be prepared before they ever arrive or before I arrive.

I know this may be different from what you're used to and that's okay. 😉

Fur Rebel isn't about doing things just because “that's how everyone else does it.”

The forms aren't just paperwork.

They're part of how I make sure I understand your pet, communicate expectations clearly, and provide the safest, most individualized grooming experience I can.

Because your pet isn't just another appointment on my schedule. They're an individual and their care should be treated that way. 💙🐾

Before I start the bath. I look at your pet's skin.
What's happening underneath that beautiful coat?

✓Is the skin dry?
✓Is it oily?
✓ Is there flaking?
✓ Is there redness or irritation?
✓ Are there areas your pet has been licking or scratching?
✓Does the coat need something different than their last visit?
Your pet doesn't necessarily need the same products or grooming routine every single time.
Their skin and coat can change.
That's why I believe grooming should be individualized not one-size-fits-all.
Your pet's skin deserves attention, too. 🐾
