I just want to take a minute to say thank you. Truly. I am so grateful for each of you and for trusting me with your dogs. I don’t ever take that lightly, and this business is such a blessing in my life.
As many of you know I wear a lot of hats- I juggle a lot between running the shop, teaching full time, being a mom to my two boys, and everything in between. I try my best to stay on top of messages and scheduling, but sometimes I get behind or miss things, and I appreciate your patience and kindness more than you know.
I also want to be transparent with you. We will be losing one of our groomers, which is going to make scheduling a little tighter for a while until we can find the right person to join our team again. Because of that, it may take a little longer to get appointments scheduled for the time being.
