❤️ Camp Corgi family, we could use your help! 🐾

One of our daycare pups is looking for a loving family. This has been a very difficult decision for his mom, and we’re hoping our Camp Corgi community can help her find the perfect fit for her boy.

From firsthand experience with him here at camp, I can tell you he’s a good boy who LOVES to play! ❤️

His mom has written a little about him below. If you think he might be a good fit for your family, please reach out to us and we’ll put you in touch with her.

Meet Toulouse
This is Toulouse, aka Touy! Touy is a 2.5 year old Doberman mix. He is a ball of energy who loves cheese, tearing up toys, and chasing after a ball.

Touy was rescued at 9 months old and has been living the lush life being spoiled by his adoptive mom. But she just can’t keep up! This boy loves to run and play. He gets along great with other dogs and would do best in a home with a brother or sister to show him the ropes. But no cats or small animals!

He knows basic commands (check in, sit, wait, down, curl, hop up, and off) but never fully developed his leash skills. He loves treats and playtime as a reward for his good behavior.

Toulouse is not a fan of his crate and will let you know it, but he will go in if you really need him to. He especially doesn’t like sleeping there at night, and would much prefer to snuggle up on the couch with his blanket and big pillow. That said, he loves to cuddle and sleep with people—Touy thinks of himself as a 50 pound lap dog.

Touy does have some allergies and food sensitivities. He takes Zenralia and a probiotic supplement daily. He cannot eat pork products or bully sticks (unless you wanna clean up a mess). He loves chicken, turkey, cheese, Greek yogurt, and any treats he can chew on for a long time. Vanilla ice cream is also a summer time favorite!

Touy is good with children from what we’ve seen and knows to be gentle when they pet and play with him. He can be iffy with new men, but the ones he approves of get all his love.

Touy would be a great addition to any home, as long as you can keep him entertained. He loves hard and plays harder, and is always happy to see you!

One of my favorite parts of the day is pulling up to pick up your pups and seeing how happy they are to see me! Those wagging tails and excited greetings make my day. I love that they know we’re headed to camp to see their friends! 🥰🐶
