Poodles
BORN AUGUST 24, 2012 IN IDAHO
CASH TOOK A 16 Hr DAY TO ARRIVE IN LATE EVENING IN ORLANDO AIRPORT.
He had a 2 hr drive to the outgoing airport, several layovers for hours in his little crate. He was 5 months old. He was a moyen poodle. I had been breeding standards but was ready to downsize my program as the moyens were getting popular, especially with the doodle people.
A guy friend I worked with at FEMA took the 2 hr ride to McCoy Airport with me. We picked up crate and drove to parking at top of the parking garage. It was about 9 pm. Opened his crate and I saw his most beautiful face I ever saw. Hence the red picture in collage. After his long day he was still quiet, sweet and well mannered. He remained that way for all his years.
Cash was a popular stud dog and I became very talented at artificial insemination collection. We were a great team. He was fun to, loved to steal the ball and run all over the yard w it in his soft mouth. He was friendly to all strangers too.
Cash made the trip to the rainbow bridge today. This house misses his brilliant, happy, beautiful smiling attitude.
He had developed a bad cough and I tried 3 different medications. Nothing helped and I had to make the choice this morning to give him the peace he deserved. He crawled in bed with me about 5 am, breathing heavy, shaking a little and a phlegm like cough that persisted off and on till 6:30. I pet him, I talked to him, I kissed his sweet face and knew I could not let him spend another horrid day. Today was the day. RIP CASH look for me someday and your ashes will be in your yard with mine someday. I miss and love our memories.
