🐾 FREE Drive-Thru Pet Vaccine & Microchip Clinic! 🐾

Free rabies vaccines, core vaccines & microchips will be available while supplies last! 🐶🐱

A few reminders:
🚗 This is a drive-thru clinic — all pets must remain in vehicles.
🐾 Limit of 5 pets per household.
🚫 No breeders.
🪪 Please bring a valid ID.
💙 Please be patient with us if wait times get a little long. We’ll keep things moving as quickly as we can!

Field trip day for these four! 🐾🚗

They headed to Rice City Animal Hospital for their first heartworm treatment injections, one big step closer to being heartworm free and ready for their forever homes.

Four dogs. Four different stories. One very exciting GOODBYE, LOUISIANA!

All four of these pups were abandoned on the streets of Jennings, but very soon they’ll be heading out for a fresh start and the chance to find families of their very own.

They’ll be trading Louisiana humidity, mosquitoes with their own zip codes, and feels-like-the-surface-of-the-sun temperatures for cooler weather and much brighter futures.

A huge thank you to our rescue partners for giving these four their chance and helping us make room to save even more lives.

We’re excited to bring a FREE drive-thru vaccine and microchip clinic to Jeff Davis Parish!

⏰ 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Jeff Davis Parish Fairgrounds – Parking Lot
Jennings, Louisiana

🐶🐱 FREE rabies vaccines, core vaccines & microchips will be available for dogs and cats.

PLEASE READ BEFORE ATTENDING:

• Jeff Davis Parish residents ONLY
• First come, first served — while supplies last!
💉 150 Rabies Vaccines
🐶 100 Dog Core Vaccines
🐱 50 Cat Core Vaccines
• Limit of 5 animals per household
• NO breeders
• Dogs must remain inside the vehicle
• Cats must be secured in a carrier

🩺 Thank you to Rice City Animal Hospital for partnering with us and providing the veterinary team to administer the vaccines during the clinic.

🐾 And thank you to Bissell Pet Foundation for generously donating the microchips that will be available at the event.

Of course, Jennings, Louisiana Animal Shelter is proud to be part of this collaboration and incredibly grateful to everyone who has come together to make these services available FREE of charge to our community’s pets.
