Due to dry conditions, LaSalle Parish will be under a burn ban effective immediately. No open burning will be allowed at this time.

You are allowed to burn in a fire pit or burn barrel as long as you don't leave it unattended. You are responsible for your fire from the time you light it, till it's extinguished.
