Countryside Veterinary Clinic, LLC Dr. Don and Dr. Ann provides medical, surgical and dental care for dogs and cats. *We are currently not adding new clients.

** Covid Protocol Update (8/21): One client wearing a mask may accompany their pet(s) into the exam room. Let Dr. Ann and Dr. Don provide your pet's healthcare in the relaxing environment of the country. Our clinic is located 2 miles East of I-5 (exit 243 or 244) half way between Salem and Albany, Oregon, near the town of Jefferson. We are a full service veterinary practice working with cats and dogs. Our services include:

CLOSURE NOTICE:

THURSDAY OCTOBER 16th there will be a planned power outage on Wintercreek Rd that affects our clinic.
We expect to be closed till 2pm that day, but the power may be off shorter or longer. If the power is returned early enough in the day we will open the clinic for pickups and emergent cases.
Thank you for your understanding of circumstances outside of our control.

We are closed for some family R&R this week, May 6-12th. We will resume regular hours on Tuesday May 13th at 8am.
We appreciate your patience while we catch up May 13th-16th.
If your pet requires immediate care, please call the nearest Urgent Care clinic during the day, or the nearest Emergency Clinic overnight 5pm-8am.
Any non-urgent requests can be sent via email, and we will work through those during the week of our return.
