Buddy (Freddy) found his forever person! My heart couldn’t be happier!!!

Freddys new mom was so excited to have a new little guy to give all her love too!! He already made his spot on the couch and the bed!! This is why we keep going!! These dogs get the best homes. Happy Adoption Day to Freddy ❤️🐾

Remember Dug?

The hunk of a puppy has grown into a hunk-of-love who is well behaved and so happy to come into the clinic!

Vaccines? No biggie, he's happy to be here. Full year flea, tick and heartworm injections? Not even a bat of an eye. Nail Trim? Easy as pie!

We can't wait to see Dug again next year, and we know he can't wait to see us either. Love you Dug! 🐕‍🦺🥰

Is it too hot to walk the dog? Check the pavement! When the air temperature hits 90°F, blacktop or concrete can skyrocket over 125°F—hot enough to cause severe burns to your pet's paws in seconds.

Walk your furry friends early in the morning or late in the evening.

Stick to the grass when possible.

Follow the 7-Second Rule: Place the back of your hand on the pavement for 7 seconds. If it's too hot for you, it's too hot for them!

Hello!

After talking with Dr. Overberger we wanted to bring something to light about a common disease we see in the clinic.

Feline Leukemia can be a devastating disease in a household, especially if you have multiple cats.

We want to reiterate that FeLV is not the same as Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (the virus that has a significantly lower mortality rate).

We advise all new kitties, young and old, to be tested before being introduced to your household, and we are more than happy to help guide you through the next steps should your kitty be diagnosed.

Trying to find this little guy an amazing forever home as well.
His name is Buddy ❤️
An elderly couple rescued him from a FB post about 4 months ago. They unfortunately have too many health issues and their mobility restrictions are making it really difficult to care for him.
He’s a neutered male Terrier of some sort. 15 lbs. About 1.5 yrs old. UTD on Rabies and is microchipped.
We have him until we can get him into a rescue or shelter.
