Looking for a groomer? Here's some things to think about and do when searching for your pups perfect match:

* Ask the groomer what their background is in grooming (how many years, education, etc.)

* Ask about setting up a meet and greet to let you and your pup take a tour of the salon and meet the groomer to see if they mesh well (dogs are amazing judges of character...better than us lol)

* Ask your groomer what plan they have set up in case of medical emergency or an incident

Location isn't always key. A groomer may be a good fit for one but not another and that's OK. What isn't OK is your pup coming home from groomer looking ashamed or their tail between their legs. Just like finding a daycare for your child, make sure you do the research and ask questions.

We still have some spots left for grooms or baths next week. Let me know if your pup needs some pampering. Or if you're unsure about a new place/groomer we are more than happy to set up and meet and greet with your pup. It's a great way to slowly introduce and to see if your fur baby connects with the groomer (always recommend this no matter where you take your fur baby).
