📣 SCHEDULE UPDATE

As we head into October, I wanted to give everyone a little heads-up about my schedule! 🐾

I’ll be out of the salon for a wedding trip at the beginning of October, and with groomers also being out on maternity leave, my schedule is currently very booked up.

For the time being:
• I am not accepting new clients
• Appointment adjustments or reschedules may need to be moved farther out than just the following week
• Please be patient and understanding if we aren’t able to accommodate last-minute changes or requests

I truly appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding while we work through this especially busy season! ❤️ I’m doing my best to get everyone taken care of as efficiently as possible while still providing the quality care your pups deserve.

🐾 A QUICK REMINDER ABOUT DROP-OFF TIMES 🐾

I just wanted to send out a little reminder that scheduled drop-off times are not a suggestion — they are there for a reason! ❤️

Being a couple of minutes early is completely understandable, but recently I’ve had several pups being dropped off 20, 30, and even 40 minutes before their scheduled time. Unfortunately, that is not something I can accommodate.

While I’m grooming, I need the salon to remain as calm and controlled as possible. Dogs coming in early can see the dogs currently being worked on, which can cause excitement, barking, fidgeting, or movement. When I’m working with sharp grooming equipment around a moving dog, even a small distraction can become a safety issue. ✂️🐶

I completely understand that things happen and schedules can be unpredictable! If you happen to arrive significantly early, please plan to wait until your scheduled time before bringing your pup inside.

A few minutes early is totally fine — 20–40 minutes early is not.

Hi everyone!

Just a quick heads up that Kenna’s Kuts will be closed tomorrow, July 29th, as I’ll be celebrating my 21st birthday! 🥳🎂

After that, I’ll be taking a much needed beach vacation to recharge, and the salon will reopen on Monday, August 10th.

Thank you all so much for your continued support, patience, and understanding. I truly appreciate each and every one of you and can’t wait to come back refreshed and ready to pamper all of your pups! 🐾💕

🌿🐾 Itchy season is here! 🐾🌿
With fresh cut grass, blooming plants, and seasonal allergies in full swing, some pups can get extra itchy or irritated this time of year.
If your dog has sensitive skin or tends to react to grass, pollen, or other allergens, please let me know before their appointment! I have sensitive skin shampoos available and can choose products that are gentler on their skin to help avoid any additional irritation.

Keeping me informed ahead of time goes a long way in keeping your furry friends comfortable and feeling their best. 🩷🐶
