📱🐾 We’ve officially switched to Vello!
Many of you have already been using Vello and may have noticed your appointment reminders and other notifications coming through the new system. We’re excited to now have everything in one convenient place!
With Vello, you can easily view your pets’ information, book appointments, request medication refills, receive reminders, message our team, and more — right from your phone.
What you don't see - this also came with us switching up our payment processing system. Payments are now streamlined a little more efficiently while your pets are in our clinic getting care.
If you haven’t already, please log in to Vello or download the Vello app and get connected with your pet’s account. 💚
⚠️ IMPORTANT UPDATE
We will no longer be using Otto Flow for client communication. Please make the switch to Vello to keep access to all of these perks in app.
But don’t worry — you can still text our regular clinic phone number! 📱
When you text our number, your message still comes directly to our staff, just like before. A real member of our team will receive and respond to your message.
