While I wait for some fall merchandise to come in and work on fall bandannas, scrunchies, totes and some new coasters….all with a goal release date of 8/15 I thought it would be fun to post some fun material so you all can get to know me, and my dogs better.
What are some things in your day that you do to make life easier with pets? We have dogs, cats and live on a farmette. Here’s some of my goals that I have to make my life easier:
🐶 vacuuming can’t be saved for once I week. I try to vacuum daily, rotating floors.
🐕 I spray my pet beds with an enzyme made for pet bedding to keep my house from smelling “doggy”
🦮 pet blankets get washed weekly
🐈⬛ cat boxes get scooped regularly and we have a litter that works best in our home. When the box gets stinky we dump, soak and scrub and start over
🦴 I have treats on auto-ship
💊 I have four pets on daily medication. I fill a pill sorter for each of those pets weekly to make sleepy mornings or evenings when I am not home easier
🐕🦺 this one saves me money, not time….I make a dog food topper weekly to save money on canned food. My dogs all get a vet recommended kibble but we hide meds and entice our old guy to eat with wet food
🐾 we gather up bowls after each meal to make the next meal easier
🐩 all but one of my rugs is washable
My key word here was goals, do I always do these things? No, but I pay the price. My house may smell doggy, we may get golden retriever tumble weeds, meal time may take twice as long, or I may spend a fortune on a case of wet food! But when I do these things my life is much easier!
