Disclaimer.. post is not about any specific person or situation, it’s just that time of year in the boarding business, very hectic and frustrating when you turn away customers, that you later learn that you could have accommodated.

🚩🚩Public Service Announcement…. 🚩🚩
Ten years in the business and we have never charged a booking fee or a penalty fee for a cancellation…. EVER….We fully understand that “stuff happens” inclement weather, people get sick, emergencies arise to cause trips to get cancelled or rescheduled, BUT…. “sorry I found a more convenient or cheaper option for my dog” is not an acceptable circumstance for last minute cancellations, and it’s not about the money….

Our little facility may not be anything fancy, but we’re always trying to reinvest into our business and make it better, safer and more effective. This year’s project was a much needed upgrade to the outside runs 1-11! We had gotten good use out of our original outdoor
standard grade panels but this time we went back with the heavy gauge wire and framing. 🐾💪🏻🐾🐶🐕🐩🐕‍🦺❤️

We still have a few spots available for Holiday boarding, but filling up fast. We will be boarding Christmas and New Year’s week…. But check with us about drop off and pick up times on the actual holidays.
