It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our matriarch, PJ’s Murphy Summer Shandy SH on September 1st at 11 years old.
It has been a huge adjustment and we miss her presence in the house, it’s certainly quieter without her. Shandy was my first hunt test dog as an adult and taught me many lessons on the line and in the field. She gave me the greatest gift ever, Karma, and her legacy will be carried on by her surviving children and grandchildren.
It’s hard to believe she was alive for over a third of my life, was with me on my first snow goose trip and many other firsts, made me a breeder, and so much more. We love you Shandy 💜
