As we ramp up for our busy holiday season, we wanted to remind everyone of our cancelation policy! 🐾

Due to our size and demand, we require 48 hours notice for cancelations. Reservations canceled withed without 48 hours notice will be charged for the full cost of the stay.

We do not refund for early pick ups unless we are given 48 hours notice of the early pick up! Just like a cancelation, if a dog goes home early, that space is hard to fill on short notice!

A friendly reminder about two of our polices:
🐾We are collar free! This means we take off all collars, including activity trackers, calming collars and flea collars!
This policy is in place for your pet's safety!

💊Prescription Medications: We require that all prescription medications come in their original container with the original label attached. The prescribing veterinarian, drug name, and dose must be visible and legible!
We will not accept pill organizers for pet's medications! We must be able to identify each medication being given to your pet!
**While supplements are typically not prescriptions, we do ask that you send along the original packaging as well! In the event of a medical emergency, having all the information possible on things your pets take daily can be very important!**

If you have any questions, please let us know prior to drop off!
