Two quick notes for anyone interested...... Local to the KInston, Jones Co NC area......

Tomorrow, 5 Oaks Animal Hospital in Kinston, is having a Rabies Clinic from 8-5 pm (limited vet availability from 12-2) 1 and 3 yr rabies shots for $10. If you are not a current patient, please bring your current rabies information for your pet, with you. No appt necessary. Thank you to Ashley Dawson for the heads up on this info.

Also, just got in the mail today, Jones Co Health Dept is holding their rabies clinic behind their health dept building, on Saturday, May 2, from 9-noon. CASH ONLY! 1 and 3 yr rabies shots are $7 each. Please bring current rabies info with you for your dog when you come. And be patient as this is usually a very busy offer. If you have more than 1-2 pets, please be in line prior to 11 am.

And I need to get another pic up of the 2 babies who left last weekend! I’m getting the page together with the going home pics. These 2 lucky ladies got to go home and live next door to each or their. So they’ll have playmates for the rest of their lives. Rosie has some older sisters from the Den to join! It’s just a huge family affair at the Haskell Habitat!

Last two babies went home with their new parents today! All our pups sure got super lucky with some wonderful families! Best thing about our kids is we get to meet the most fantastic people! Thank you to everyone who added one of our babies to their home this month!

Hello to the weekend! Last puppy page for the Dixie/Nobi litter is posted with new pics and weights. Last 2 pups head to their new homes tomorrow, and we go full force into replacing the floor in the house before the next litter, coming in May.

So here they are, all waving bye bye to the Dobieden, and heading home tomorrow for their new adventure!

Ooooooooh we have a new due date to watch. Looking at our next litter around May 17, from first time mom, Polly Wolly Doodle Bug aka: “BUG”, and proven stud Jack Sparrow. Both adults are black/rust, vWD clear, and born here at the Den.

OH MYYYY!!!!!! It's time for another baby update for everyone. And I have it! Pups all got their baths and pedicures before we took pics and weights. They also all got their first puppy shots in the series of three. Personalities are really coming out now. Gunner is our big beefy beast but is definitely the most mellow of the pups. Khazari is the most active and feisty, and always looking for adventure. Rosalita and Lola are both in between, and will be going home together and able to stay in touch with each other as they grow. Looking forward to meeting the new families and sending the critters home!

Puppies are pudgy and active now.  They got their first puppy shots at 6 weeks old and first pups will be leaving next Saturday.

Well it's time for a brand new weekly update on the 5 week old Dixie/Nobi pups. They all got bathed, pedicured and weighed just so I could share weekly pics with everyone. So here they are...... ya'll enjoy and Happy March!
