🐴 We’re Hiring: Part-Time Dressage & Riding Instructor

📍 Dutch Acres Farm – Jacksonville, AR

We’re looking for a positive, skilled instructor to join our supportive, community-focused barn where riders ages 3+ progress from beginners to advanced dressage.

✨ Role Includes:

• Teaching beginner English + Dressage through First Level

• Working with all ages and skill levels

• Helping develop riders (up to First Level)

• Assisting with shows + farm events

🕒 Schedule:

• Tues–Fri evenings + Saturdays required

💰 Pay:

• $20 per rider, per mounted lesson (2 riders/lesson)

• $40 per unmounted lesson

• Free board for one horse (conditions apply) + PTO after 6 months

⭐ We’re Looking For:

Strong dressage foundation (1st level or higher is a must), great with people, and a team-minded attitude. Teaching experience a plus but not required.
