When your dog does something you want to see again, timing your reward matters.
The closer the reward is to the behavior, the easier it is for your dog to understand what earned it.

Small timing changes can make training much clearer. 🐾

Dogs communicate constantly, through their ears, eyes, posture, tail, and movement.
Learning to recognize those signals can help you understand what your dog is feeling before behavior escalates.

🐾 Better understanding leads to better communication.

Did you know that many dogs can recognize over 100 words and gestures? 🐶

The key isn't repeating commands louder or more often, it's being consistent with your cues, timing, and rewards.

The more predictable your communication is, the easier it is for your dog to understand what's expected.

Great training starts with clear communication. 💚

A Camp Mutt throwback worth celebrating. 🐾

When Browning first came to us, she lacked confidence around new people. In just three weeks, she made major progress, from growling at the team to feeling comfortable, connected, and ready for new adventures with her family.

Her mom also left with the tools to keep building on that progress at home.

Stories like Browning’s are a reminder that confidence can grow with patience, consistency, and the right guidance. 💚

Obedience training isn't about creating a "perfect" dog.

It's about creating a dog that understands you, and an owner who knows how to communicate back.

From calmer walks to better manners at home, the small skills you build today become the habits you'll appreciate every day.

🐾 It all starts with one lesson.
