Believe it or not, not all dogs naturally understand that following light leash pressure can be fun and rewarding. Our goal is to teach them that leash guidance is something to respond to, not something to brace against or pull into.

Agility, in any form, is a great way to get a new dog up, moving and out of their head!

Please help us welcome Sophie, our newest Private Trainer at Companion Canine!

Sophie completed our immersive internship program and has shown such a natural ability to work with both dogs and their owners. She is detail-oriented, creative, and thoughtful in her training style, always taking the time to understand each dog in front of her and find the best way to help them succeed.

With Sophie joining our team, we’re excited to open up more private training availability, including more weekday mornings, evenings, and now Fridays!

We’re so happy to have her stepping into this role and continuing to grow with our team.
