They used our Rescue By Owner (RBO) procedure that we developed many years ago and have trained hundreds on ever since. Nice work! 👏 👏 👏

Heading home at 5:30AM after finding yet another doggo.

🌲 🐕 ….. 🛸

Fraser slipped away while on a nature walk with the owner’s father in a remote area several miles from home — still attached to his retractable leash.

After searching on foot all day with no luck, the family reached out to us for help.

Four hours later, after methodically searching our way through 675+ acres of dense, heavily wooded terrain, we located Fraser deep in the woods — completely immobilized after becoming tangled on a tree. Lucky dog!

The moon and stars truly aligned on this one. ✨🌙

Had the family not called… and had we not found him when we did… Fraser likely would have died there alone.

Successful cases like these remind us why we do what we do!

2018 — we lost our own dog, Lily, and a year later we lost our cat, Kittie. Thankfully, through hard work we found them both. We learned a lot from those experiences and have been helping people with their lost pets ever since!

2022 — we had a crazy idea and launched the very FIRST company in the country that exclusively helps find lost pets with thermal drones! It all started right here in Jacksonville, Florida. To date, our founders Justin and Erica have played an influential role in nearly 1,000 lost pet cases!

2023 — we founded a national organization with a distinct mission: to revolutionize the way people think about finding lost pets — by using thermal drones!

2025 — to date, we have had over 1,200+ people join our organization to be the lost pet hero in their own community!

Here is a great example of the work our members are doing every single day across the country! 👇👇👇

Across the country, pet owners are increasingly starting to pay drone operators to use cutting-edge thermal and video cameras to track down lost dogs. NBC News' Maggie Vespa has a closer look.

📣 Attention residents of the North Hampton ⛳️ community in Fernandina Beach / Yulee…

We are actively working a case for this lost pup in your area!

She is a recently adopted rescue. Over the last three days, we have spent several hours consulting the family on her case. Given the circumstances, we immediately determined that she is not eligible for our industry-leading ‘Rescue By Owner’ (RBO) procedure, and instead will require to be rescued via a humane box-trap.

We have received multiple sighting reports in the area over the past several days, and have been mapping her movements.

We believe she is routinely traversing one particular region of the neighborhood, however, she seems to be always on the move!

….🐕 💨

The family has purchased a trail camera and borrowed a trap from Nassau County Animal Services. With these tools in hand, we are actively assisting the family in their deployment, using our best practice procedures — so we can get this girl home!

If anyone sees this pup, please do NOT approach or chase... simply call the family immediately at 614-440-0168.

We will post another update soon. Thank you! 🙏

Independence Day shall remind us of the sacrifices made by our forefathers and inspire us to uphold the principles of liberty and justice for all. Here's to a celebration filled with joy, pride, and gratitude for the blessings of living in the land of opportunity and freedom. God Bless America! 🇺🇸

That said, we estimate that lost pet cases increase 1,000% on holidays that are celebrated with fireworks! 💥

Make sure your pets are safe and secure! 🐕 🐈‍⬛

After being missing for 6 days… we found Cookie! 🍪 🐈‍⬛

She was hiding out in a new construction house at the other end of the block. Whenever anyone approaches the house, she immediately runs up the stairs and into her hiding spot underneath the second floor.

See the pictures below! 👇👇👇

We found Sissy, but she wasn’t responsive to her owner’s calls. Hopefully she falls for the trap! 🤞

Another late night 🌙 cat search success! 🐈‍⬛

Fez, this indoor-only cat escaped and vanished without a trace for seven days. His family had been tirelessly searching for him each day… and found nothing. And there had been no sightings of him. They feared that their beloved cat may have been taken by a coyote, which have a routine presence in the immediate area. No doubt, there was a lot of pressure to find and rescue him.

Thankfully, after only 32 minutes of beginning our aerial thermal drone search — we found Fez!

He is now back home! 🏡🥰
